How do I register for an account?

Click the "Create An Account" link at the top of the page. You'll be invited to sign up to receive communication from us about our new items, special events and discount offers. Creating an account will also make checking out even faster.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

We process orders very quickly to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible. As a result, you are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our return instructions listed below.

Shipping and Delivery

Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened package. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.

Returns with Gift Receipts

A full refund in the form of a merchandise credit will be issued.

Returns or Exchanges by Mail

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via UPS or insured USPS (to the address below). Your name and address must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address). Allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

For merchandise returns and/or exchanges for new merchandise, please follow the instructions below:

Preparing your return: 

  • Use the original packaging or strong corrugated carton.
  • If your exchange order requires additional payment, please contact us for further assistance at info@bosbosshop.com.
  • Pack and tape your package securely.
  • Affix your return shipping label to the package.  (You are responsible for the return shipping charges.)
  • For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx (Federal Express) or United Parcel Service (UPS). (We cannot accept C.O.D.)

Returns For Gift with Purchase Receipts

Gift with Purchase or Purchase with Purchase items must accompany the original purchase item when returned.  For example, if you purchased an item and used rewards points to obtain another item for free, both items must be included in the return or you will be charged the full price for the free item from the money due in your refund.  Additionally, if you used rewards points not cash or credit card for an item that you wish to return, you return will issued as the rewards points, not cash or credit on your card.

bosbos Items Purchased In A Store

At this time, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on items purchased in a store.  For assistance with any store-bought item(s), please return the item(s) to the location where it was purchased and it must be accompanied by your original receipt.  Without the original receipt, there are no guarantees that they can assist you.  It is at their discretion.
